1. About Toothily

Toothily is owned by Go Global Wellness LLC.
We create eco-friendly bamboo toothbrushes with engraved motivational and affirmation quotes. Toothbrushes are available as:

  • Monthly subscription
  • Quarterly subscription
  • One-time purchase

Subscriptions are designed to help customers replace their toothbrushes on an optimal schedule for oral hygiene and product sustainability.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to subscribe or purchase.

3. Subscription Terms

By subscribing, you authorize us to:

  • Automatically charge your payment method at each renewal
  • Ship toothbrushes at the selected frequency
  • Continue renewals until you cancel

3.1 Renewal Timing

Renewals occur automatically:

  • Monthly Subscription: renews every 30 days
  • Quarterly Subscription: renews every 90 days

Charges will appear as “Toothily” or “Go Global Wellness LLC” on your bank statement.

3.2 Updating Billing & Address

You are responsible for keeping your:

  • shipping address
  • billing address
  • payment method

up to date prior to renewal, as we cannot intercept subscription orders once processed.

3.3 Skips, Pauses, and Cancellations

You may:

  • skip a shipment
  • pause your subscription
  • cancel your subscription

via your customer portal or by contacting support at contact@toothily.com.

Cancellations must be made prior to the renewal date.
Renewals that have already processed cannot be refunded (see Return Policy).

4. Product Information

Toothily brushes are made from natural bamboo. Because of this:

  • Color, wood grain, or laser-engraving darkness may vary
  • Minor natural variations in pattern or texture are normal
  • These variations are not considered defects

Our products are considered personal-care hygiene items and have strict return limitations.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.
Subscription prices are locked for active subscribers unless otherwise stated.

We accept all payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to hygiene laws, opened toothbrushes cannot be returned.
Subscription renewals already processed cannot be refunded.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, branding, quotes, designs, engraving styles, packaging, and content are the property of Go Global Wellness LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law.
