What file format do you need for a logo?
A high-resolution PNG or SVG works best for laser engraving. We'll work with you to optimize the artwork for engraving if needed. Simple, high-contrast logos engrave best.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on quantity. Orders under 100 units typically ship within 10-14 business days of artwork approval. Larger orders may take 3-4 weeks. We'll confirm timeline at inquiry.
Can I mix different engravings in one order?
Yes. You can specify a ratio across multiple engravings (for example: 50% logo, 25% theme A, 25% theme B). Just include those details in the order form notes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries. International shipping is quoted separately based on destination and volume. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I get a sample before committing to a full order?

Is custom engraving an additional cost?
